PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Sailing School Junior Sailing Committee is pleased to announce our schedule for the 2008 season. Focusing on simplicity and flexibility, all of our classes will continue to be formatted around weeklong “camps.” For our Learn-to-Sail classes, we will have a series of 8 one-week camps, with the first week beginning June 18. Students will be invited to sign up for any combination of these camps that suit their schedule and needs. Our Racing curriculum will be segmented into the “camp” format also, with each segment focusing on a specific aspect of racing. The Junior Sailing Committee, composed of Brad Farrar, Marty Palmer, Kirsty Moen, Brad Jones, and Polly Peterson, will be actively involved throughout the summer, working with the instructors to achieve a well-defined and fun program. We are looking forward to a great summer, and, as always, we welcome your comments and observations.
